E-courses learning and behavioral change

I am a Norwegian School supervisor who serves a schooldistrict with around 50 schools. I have for many years supported schools in implementing evidence based practices, both for behavior change in the classroom and for better learning outcomes. I'm trained as a behavior specialist with a master degree in behavior analysis (learning psychology). I'm also teacher certified in middle school and high school and have many years of experience from both general education classrooms and special education classrooms. My background in teaching and learning are based on many years of experience in fine tuning practical interventions for learning and behavioral change.
