I am a Norwegian School supervisor who serves a schooldistrict with around 50 schools. I have for many years supported schools in implementing evidence based practices, both for behavior change in the classroom and for better learning outcomes. I'm trained as a behavior specialist with a master degree in behavior analysis (learning psychology).
